Sploder Game Evaluation Part 2 (The evaluation of a classmate's game)

Today on this fine evening, I evaluated the game "Warrior of weapon"

1.  The game's main objective was to destroy all the enemies and move onto the next level.

 2. A strength of this game was there were lot of different types of enemies. Enemies who attacked you from both air and land. This made the game really fun to play and challenging which I liked. Another great aspect of this game was it was an player controlled game meaning that you controlled your own character. There were many different power ups which made this game really exciting to play.

3. One weakness of this game was that it was a bit overwhelming. There were may things happening at the same time that I couldn't even keep track of. More than half the time I would end up dyeing without even realizing how it happen due to all the excessive amounts of information. Other than that this game was really enjoyable.

4. A) The game was a bit overwhelming but after a while you get use to it. So at the beginning it is very difficult but as you play on it does become easier.

B) Yes. This game was one of the most enjoyable I have played due to the all the different types of challenges.

C) The game did lag for a bit at the beginning but I did not notice a bug or a glitch at all.

Sploder Game Evaluation

1. My game is a simple game inspired by Mario although not as hard or creative as Mario. As for the title it was just a test title which I forgot to change before I published the game.

2. The main objective of my game is to collect all the coins in each level of the game. To finish the level and move onto the next one you must collect a certain amount of coins or you won't be able to move on. But beware there are many enemies and enemy weapons in your way to victory.

3. The strengths of my game is that it is fairly easy to play and the objective is really simple, which is to collect the coins. Another strength is that it is that there is only one type of enemy to beat. One weakness is that it is not fairly creative and not complicated. The game is almost too simple and I feel like I could put more work into it.

4. There are some improvements that could be made like making the game a bit more complicated and adding a few more power ups. I could have edited some of the textures of the game to make the game play a bit more entertaining.

5. I have experienced many difficulties while making this game but there are three that really got annoying. The first one was that I could not log onto Sploder to continue making my game because the password was once wrong and password reset mail never came to my mail so that got me off schedule pretty bad. The other one was that the game only got saved on the school computers and when I got home the game that I had saved was not on the saved files. I double checked that I saved the game at school but when I got home the game still did not load. The last and the most annoying thing was that I am not creative whatsoever. It took me a lot of time to come up with original ideas for the game which is still not that good.

6. I never really had to change or modify anything from my original idea because surprisingly everything went according to my plan for the game except for the lack of creativity.

7. One of my basic strength was that I had enough willpower to control myself from getting distracted and going on YouTube. A basic weakness that always affects me with assignments like this when I have to make things is my lack of creativity. This has always affected and always will.

8. I am mostly sure the part that I did well was on posting the game no matter how late it was and trying to finish the game as fast as I can while still keeping it's originality.

9. I could have done better on making the game a bit more fun to play and handing it in on time.

Here are the three questions that I want whoever is evaluating my game to answer:

1. Was the difficulty of the game too easy or too hard? Explain why?
2. On what parts of the game could I have done better?
3. Which part of my game was a bit boring to play?

Sound Track Of My Life

1. Give It All - Rise Against: This song reminds of all the people in my life who told me to get somewhere in life I must give it all and try my best. I have always tried to give it my best in things that I enjoy doing.

2. Say It Aint So - Weezer: This song is what makes me think of all the things that I have achieved in my life and all the good things that ever happend to me. I have learned to savor those good moments because they dont always happen.

3. What I've Done - Linkin Park: Whenever I listen to this song it reminds me of one thing. That one thing is forgiveness. I have learned to forgive people when they do bad things to me or people around me because I was taught that forgiveness is the only way to move on.

4. Chop Suey - System Of A Down: This song tells me of the days when I was a kid and when I would use to get into a lot of trouble with my parents and people in my neighborhood. But from that time and now I have learned to take full responsibility for my actions and mature up.

5. Fallen Leaves - Billy Talent: This song reminds me of all the people who I have looked up to in my life and all the people who have inspired me to make something with my life. Some of the people who I have looked up to died over the years but their life story still inspires me.

6. In The Shadows - Story Of The Year: Whenever I listen to this song it tells me to live my own life and not to follow anyone else.

7. 60 Miles An Hour - New Order: This song reminds of all the times I have failed at things both academically and in life. But it tells me to keep trying at the things I failed until I get it right.

8. To Be Loved - Papa Roach: This song that I like to listen to when Im either sad or depressed about something that I did or happened in the past. The basic and general thing that this song tells me is to forget about the past and move on because the past will heal by itself.

9. All Or Nothing - Theory Of A Dead Man: This song does not remind of many things that has happened in my life but it does tell me that sometimes I have to take a risk at things to make them come true.

10. Paralyzer - Finger Eleven: This song reminds me of all the time I was too shy to do things and let those moments escape.
